Having a purpose and vision determines the long term goals of your business and serves as a reminder as to why it exists. Think of this as point A and point B on your map to success. Starting at point A (Company Summary) is developing why you’re in business and ending at Point B (Vision Statement) is delivering successfully to your clients.
